Loud Talkers

So I am sitting in my office and all of a sudden I hear the "all-too-common in Sprint Stores" occurrence of what sounds like an angry customer yelling at my employees. I usually try to come out from the back and either take over for the rep for two reasons, one, because I have Brazilian employees who give the irish a run for their money on temper, and two, because people just seem to calm down when they are talking to the "manager." Back to point, this morning as I try to waste the first half of my day, I heard what sounded like a customer who we know to be crazy (she carries a poodle around in a blanket for hell's sake) yelling at my employees, but when I go out front she is simply telling a story at full voice. Why do people think that they need to talk through 2 walls and a 15 minute fire rated security door when telling a story about their kids that no one wants to hear anyway is beyond me. Seriously, you know that the country has problems when crazies on welfare have so much time that they go and bug people who are actually working to fill up their days. I'm moving to Mexico - at least there they know how to work.
